Age and Driver’s License

• The driver must be at least 23 years old and under 75 and hold a valid driver's license issued at least one year before the rental date.
• An international driver’s permit (IDP) may be required if the license is not in English.

Rental Period

• The rental period is calculated on a 24-hour basis.
• Late returns beyond the agreed rental period may incur additional charges.

Payment and Deposit

• A valid credit or debit card is required for the rental.
• The renter must provide, with money deposit, a guarantee depending on the category of vehicle, which is as follows:

1. For vehicle categories A, B & C, zero amount
2. For vehicle categories C-SUV, D / D-SUV, an amount of €1,000

• The amount of the guarantee is refunded if there are no reasons for partial or total withholding (such as damage, fines from traffic violations, etc.)

Insurance

• Basic insurance coverage is included in the rental price.
• Additional insurance packages (e.g., collision damage waiver, theft protection) can be purchased for extra protection.
• The insurance of the vehicle does not cover:

1. Damages and civil liabilities caused because the driver was driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
2. Damage caused by an unauthorized driver
3. Damage caused to the interior of the vehicle.
4. Damages caused by an accident and our company and the police were not notified at the time of the accident.
5. Damage caused while the car was illegally parked.
6. Damages caused by violations of the Greek Traffic Code.
7. Damage caused by dangerous driving, intentional, or negligence.
8. Damage caused to the engine because the wrong fuel was used, or by the actions and negligence of the driver/renter.
9. Damages caused after the agreed return time.
10. Damage to exterior mirrors.
11. Damage or loss to tires, rims, or hubcaps.
12. Damage to the underside of the vehicle.
13. Antenna damage or loss.
14. Damage caused either intentionally or by the recklessness of the renter, such as: (clutch burn, tire wear and tear, damage to the hood, trunk or roof because someone was sitting or standing there, etc.).
15. Loss of personal belongings.
16. Lost, damage, or theft of vehicle keys.
17. Loss or damage to child seats, jack, safety triangle, spare tire, fuel cap and generally accessories or extras provided by the rental company.
18. Partial or total theft in cases where the theft was caused by the renter's negligence (e.g. left the key in the car).
19. Fines for traffic violation or other legal fines

Fuel Policy

• The renter must return the vehicle with the same fuel level as delivered.
• If the renter returns the vehicle with less fuel level than was delivered, the renter will be charged the fuel difference.

Vehicle Condition

• The vehicle must be returned in the same condition as when it was rented, excluding normal wear and tear.
• Damages caused by negligence or accidents may result in additional charges.
• If the car upon its return is dirty beyond normal use, then the renter will be charged €50 + VAT for cleaning the vehicle.

Traffic Violations

• The renter is responsible for any traffic fines or violations incurred during the rental period.

Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the rental start date will receive a full refund.
• Late cancellations or no-shows may result in partial or no refund.

Restrictions

• Vehicles may not be used for off-road driving, racing, or towing.
• Smoking in the vehicle is strictly prohibited.

Additional Drivers

• Additional drivers must be registered at the time of rental and meet the same requirements as the main driver.

Pets – Animals

• Pets and animals are not allowed in the vehicle. If the renter violates this rule, he/she will be charged an additional 200€+V.A.T for cleaning and disinfecting the car.

General Terms

• Our company is not responsible for any loss or damage of personal items.
• Our company has the right to cancel the rental agreement without any consequences if the renter: Is considered harmful to the company’s interests or violates either the traffic laws or the rental terms.
• The company reserves the right to make changes to the rental terms or charges without notice.
